What you are buying
The Independent Home is sold in three digital editions:

- Homeowner — 55 skills — $69
- Complete — all 101 skills, the full 605-page manual and the premium printable tools — $99
All editions are digital PDF products. Delivery is handled by Gumroad after payment.
Licence
Your purchase is for personal, single-household use. You may print it for your own use. Please do not redistribute, resell or republish the file or its contents.
Refunds
If the manual is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason.
Write to moseszook.support@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, or use the refund option on your Gumroad receipt. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Because the editions are digital files, there is nothing to send back.
After 7 days the sale is final.
Educational content and safety
The manual is educational and general in nature. It is not a substitute for professional advice, inspection or workmanship, and it cannot account for the condition of your particular house, your local code, your climate or your circumstances.
Building, plumbing, electrical, fire and health codes are adopted locally and change over time. Confirm anything that matters with the authority that has jurisdiction where you live. Use qualified professional help for work involving significant electrical, gas, structural, combustion, pressure, sanitation or other safety risks.
Dollar figures in the manual are planning ranges intended to give a sense of scale. They are not quotes, not offers and not predictions, and nothing in the book is a promise of savings.
